Hello Everyone
I am starting all over again today, LOL. The weekend was blown in more ways then one. Not enough hours in a day. Did not eat right nor exercise. Have not stepped in the gym since Thursday.
But I have got to get back on the wagon. I have hired a trainer and am paying him ALTO of money, so it's a MUST that my diet be as clean as possible.
So far so good today.
I I will take it one day at a time.
I have a training session this evening.
Then plan on going to bed early this evening.
How are you all doing out there???
Barbara

I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......

I've been a slacker recently.  Its back to three programs: abs, free weights, cardio spread over my day.  I think today it will be podrunner's speed bump, week 2.

I'm eating ketogenic this week and working for the purple.  Doc's instructions are getting me nowhere.  We all know the definition of insanity and I'm not that kind of crazy.  I've been on a hamster wheel for far too long.  Gotta dump this fat asap.

I got back on my routine after a couple of weeks rest from my knee injuries.  I walked 4.5 miles (no stadium steps yet for a couple of more weeks though).  It felt great too.  I'm headed to a free strength training class offered here on campus after work.

Let's keep it moving!
