What are you eating today

OK people lets check in and post what we plan on /are eating today.

My plan
Breakfast-- cream of wheat  and protein shake
Snack- cottage cheese with sugar free jello
Lunch- BBQ chicken, sliced Timoteo and cucumbers and asparagus
Snack-Orange and protein drink before training session
Dinner-Baked talapia large salad
possible snack- cottage cheese and sugar free jello.

breakfast: strawberry greek yogurt & packet of peaches n cream instant oatmeal

lunch: slice of meatloaf & 1/3 cup of chuckwagon soup

snack: 1/3 cup homemade granola

Dinner: TBD

I'm a day late but it was mainly air popped popcorn with protein, all purchased so too much sodium.  Still I got lots of protein in.  I'm counting this as meat and ver.  Corn is eg isn't it?
