Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.
How smart have you been this week?  Have you taken an inteligent approach towards working for what you desire?  If so and things still are not working out for you, have you taken an intelligent approach towards resolution?

At times we are left hanging out to dry because we are exceptions to the rule.  Typical thought says this and if that then this instead.  Meanwhile, our cir****tance may say this and if that then screw you.  As a result, we may need to respond by wearing our old fashioned thinking caps.  We may need to devise an intelligent approach to research our own resolutions independent of the typical school of thought.

So what's it going to be if you don't fit the mold.  Remaining trapped in what does not work for you; or, taking an intelligent approach to identifying and addressing resolutions to your issues.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

TODAY WE HAVE A NEW WORKOUT LINK FOR YOU.  THIS IS A  STRENGHT TRAINING SERIES FOR ALL LEVELS.  NO  EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT TO BUY.  THE AVERAGE HOME HAS EVERYTHING NEEDED EXCEPT POSSIBLY ONE ITEM THAT YOU CAN EASILY FIND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.

I can't exercise for another 6 weeks.  She said do nothing that would make me break a sweat or elevate my heart in the slightest.   So what have I been doing sitting on my ass and eating.

I'm not proud of that, but it is what it is.

We know hoe it works, admitting it is the start to changig it.  I never figured this would b the ca with facial plastics.  Especially since you can exercise so soon after so many major procedures.

Graze light! Hit the lower cal treats.

Yep she kept stressing no exercise because this surgery the one thing you want to do is avoid more swelling than you already have, so if she says no working out, i'm not working out cause I don't want to mess anything up.

I asked her can I walk and she said sure as long as you don't break a sweat and your heart rate doesn't elevate and I said well then it's no and she said that's right and the pounding could have an effect on the under eye skin this early out.

Its been one of those weeks where my on line time had to be sacraficed for irl priorities. Sorry no accountability thread but that's not an excuse not to keep on holding yourself in check. Accountability is all about by you for you. Speaking it aloud is reinforcement of your commitment to self.

I've made it through the first ten days of my twenty-one day commitment to:
- Nip any unproductive behavior in the bud; and
- Reinforce the behaviors and attitudes that support life long maintenance.

CALS FATS CARBS PROT
10 Day Avg 1239.5 63.56 101.94 82.83

Daily Avg Goal <1250 NA <=100 >=75

A little less than perfect but well within range.

Where I have run into trouble was a few days below my water needs. Two of them significantly below. Here's where I must be dilligent. Exercise has rarely ever been a challenge for me so no need to include it here except to say that I'm doing it as it should be,

Eleven days to go. Goal: Reinforce the good habits and eliminate the bad habits. I am going to do this right.
