That depends on the person. I am healing really fast. I think the more important question for me is when will the final results show, and how long before ALL the swelling is gone and I look great. LOL
I keep you all updated with pics so you will know when I know, man I can't wait. LOL. It's been four days and i'm ready to be all healed and gorgeous.

I have been keeping up with your Blog and I must say you are a very beautiful and courageous woman. To me, with this procedure, You are helping to tear down walls OUR people have built up for OURSELVES! We don't venture into things like COSMETIC surgery to improve our looks and bodies " WE" Black Folk will spend thousands of dollars on clothes that look good or make us feel good for a day. I don't have anything against nice clothes. I like to shop too. (I'm frugal though)!! But what about our bodies? I know people who darn near died when I had my breast reduced!!!!!!! WTF!! So you know they buried some when I had the RNY done. Oh Well !! Bury their dead Azzezz!! ( I'm sorry for ranting)!! And these very folks think that Diana Ross and TinaTurner are not just beauties, but "Natural Beauties"!!!! They probaly had the same surgeon as yourself. He really put a shine on your gold that was already there . At this early out I wanna say He did great!! I have seen some people who've had the same surgery and look like Mike dealt with them. So relax and enjoy! The best is yet to come!!

You are so right, black folks shun plastic surgery especially facial plastics and that is why I have kept my mouth shut. The only people that know is Becca (my wife) and the people of BAF. I didn't want to hear any of the negative crap that I know would come along with it. Everyone already has **** to say because I live in California and because I'm a globe treker and travel the world, they think i'm rich and to know I had pastic surgery oh lord they would love to have that to add to the list of reasons they think i'm a snob. LOL.
I appreciate your kind words Sharon, oh and my surgeon is a woman. She is the surgeon who developed the "mommy makeover" and as you can tell she is freaking good. I was looking at some of the Beverly Hills doctors and it came down to her and one of them from the 90210 show and i'm so glad I chose her.
I get my tape off tomorrow, i'll be posting pics so look for them.

You go girl and strut your stuff! I know that you are gonna feel good about the procedure when all is said and done. This is your time and this is just a part of the process. You need to be 100% when you represent "Black Women" during your travels. I also enjoyed your Europe pics. Just get well and do YOU!! sharon
