A TWENTY-ONE DAY CHALLENGE
Anyone remember when there was always a challenge happening on BAF? Remember how we'd check in on our progress and encourage each other along the way? This was not a race or a competition. It was mutual support so we could each be the best we could be whether we were honeymooners or vets.
I'm challenging myself for the next twenty one days to do it all right each and every day. I'm going to break the sloppy habits I've been falling into and reinforce the good habits I've developed.
We each have our own particular issues. Join me and challenge yourself to fix what's broken and improve what can be made better. Twenty one days from now is just before Labor Day weekend. Be consistent and after three weeks you can come away with improved positive daily habits.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I remember those days well and I sure miss them! SMH at my own stupidity to let the scale go UP instead of down lately!
I'm in. I will be having my 30 yr high school reunion Labor Day weekend and have been doing my own personal challenge. Let me tell ya, it's just not the same doing it alone LOL
I'll be checking in to let you know how I'm doing.
Thanks!
