I just wanna know has anyone else had a problem losing TOO MUCH?? And for the ladies...has anyone had boobie issues?? You kno like after the weight was gone so were they!!!! LOL I'm just wondering cuz I'm bout to throw a search party for mine!!! HAHAHA!! But thanks any comments i sure would appreciate it and have a good one :)

Too much weight loss is possible but it is a rarity for morbidly obese folks after wls. Barring serious malnutrition, what many people refer to as too much weight loss is a matter of preferred size. Since most of us have been fat for a very long time, less fat or the higher end of normal may appear thin. Its also very real to be malnurished and still overfat.
View yourself in relation to the healthy population that has never been fat. You'll see a wide range of sizes. Where I am now may be too small for some folks yet its too big for me. I can go a little bigger or a lot smaller and still be within the norm size wise. Even in the zero jeans I'm wearing in my siggy line, I can easily drop twenty pounds with no search party needed. A bmi a low as 18 is within the normal range whilr dropping twently pounds would leave my bmi in the low 20's.
As for tightening and tone, you can build the muscle but the skin is what it is. Treat in gently with moiturizers and hope for the best. Good muscle tone and clothes that fit well will help you look your best without shapewear. Of course shapewear is an option too.
Find your preference in size and weight. You already know how to halt weight loss, just increase your calories until your weight is stable. If you decide smaller is for you keep managing your calories for weight loss.
