Where are you headed this week?  What are your personal goals? You should have an answer by now given this is the third time I've posed the questions.  The answere is not for anyone other than yourself.  You making sure that you see your big picture.

Not just for runners.  Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed.  In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance.  There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well.  Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

I have a few days meals to record but I can tell you there has been much sugar and carbs.  Hence my three week challenge to stick to plan without fail.  Feel free to join me.  Identify the area(s) where you are slipping and challenge yourself to get back into your good habits and let go of the bad ones.

A little down right now but trying to get my head straight.  Worrying before hand and that's crazy but  the shoe fits.  I go Monday to get my band unfilled.  Its not a big deal for some but for me its traumatic.

 I expect it would be traumatic after so working hard to get it and knowing that you need it.  On te up side, from what I read folks with your issue cannot overeat solids or liquids.  This should help control your consumption.  Hopefully your appetite will be on the lite side as the situation improves and you can be re filled asap.
