Sorry so late but this has been a day from hell. 

Have you planned for the week?  Do you plan eac h week?  I'm not talking set in stone.  Simply have some idea of what you will eat and how you will exercise.  
Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Are you prepared to ensure that actions this week reflect your goals?

Not just for runners.  Site has a variety of workout music and music timmed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed.  In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance.  There is also a varietty of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well.  Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

My day could have been better but this too will pass.  Ate cereal w/almond milk, a pure protein bar, whole wheat roll w/cajun turkey, (4) 16oz bottles of water, grab bag of bbq chips and grab bag of jalapeno cheetos.  Poor choices, as you see the day started well but as the news got bad so did the eating.  Gotta deal with disappointments better.  Working toward a better tomorrow hope u r too.

Lord knows I have the same issue when things go astray.  We both have to recommitt to ourselves.
