LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Back on OH at last! This site kept triggering virus/ malware warnings any time I tried to post so I got booted for my own protection. It looks like OH is clean again.
Anyhoo, I need to update my tracking as this was also tagged as infected so my belief I am on point is unproven. Regardless of calories, I need to up the water and reduce the sugar and salt.
I'm on a new cardio program (speedbump, see podrunner link above); and, I've rotated back to an old favorite for strength and abs.
Just doing what needs to be done...

Glad u r back. This week has been interesting. Tomorrow I go to doc and let them tell me what's going on with my band and my blood work. Hoping all is well. Appt is at 4:00 so I have the whole day to prepare myself to do what I must be done to succeed. I'm looking forward to this and dreading it also. I really need to pray harder and work harder. Exercise is a must. I am praying for the strength to do all that I need to do.
Take care,

Good results on blood work. Only vitamin B1 was low, only 49 so got to get it up. The bad news from upper GI. The NP forwarded the CD to doctor since she said she could not tell what was going on, says it was a bad pic and that it looks like a bad slip. Hated it!!! However I will do what I gotta do to get losing again.
