Don't beat yourself up over it,  you may just need a tweak in your routine.  Try journaling to write down all of your food and activity to see if there are any adjustments you need to make.  Also, drink LOTS of water, it aids in weight loss.

Best wishes to you!

Success is never giving up.  Have you spoken with your surgical team about your difficulties.  Do not be afraid to ask them for help.  They will help you get that last 15 pounds off and give you the needed support also.  Do you have support group meetings in your area or with your surgical team for WLS support.  Are you writing down what you eat?  You don't say how much you are walking?  Once a week, twice, etc.  Not enough information given here for me to make any recommendations to you.  Wish you the best and you can get that last 15 off.  Up your water and increase your exercise and eat low .

You're too close to give up.  I know that its very difficult to do much of anything when you're working 2 jobs, but it would be helpful to up the exercise.  Is it possible to get up 30 mins earlier and get in 20-30 mins of aerobic/cardio type exercise in EVERYDAY?  Cable has some great / free 30 min exercise programs.  They also have the walking videos which are good.  Are there any times during the day where you can take a 10 min brisk walk or run the stairs a few times?  Think of some creative ways to get in 10 mins of exercise 2-3 times a day.  It all adds up.

How are you doing as far as your food plan?  Are you working with the nutristionist?

You can do it!

Morning Thicklin.  Please try not to get discouraged at this point!  That's too easy!  You can do this.  Often times your body needs to shocked in a totally different direction to get the results you're after.  Incorprate some other physical activity at a different time of day perhaps, even if it takes a sacrifice of getting up way beyond your normal time to get your heart rate up.  Try some interval training where you're exercising at an accelerated rate, then a slower pace routine, then pick the pace up again to raise your rate.  Cut out as many carbs as you can, and bump up the protein and water.

You can do this!  You will be rewarded!........
