Hey Lovely Phyll.  I just left my docs for my 2-year check-up.  I won't know the results of my bloodwor****il next week, but otherwise, all was well.  I'm down 2 lbs from last years check-up, BP is excellent, and I'm in the "normal" range.  So I'm maintaining and staying on track.  I'm so loving my tool still!

Thanks for all of your support and encouragement along my journey.

Looking good girl!!!  You are where I'm aspiring to be!!   I'm a  lil taller than you, but my goal weight as of right now is 160,  but if you're a size 6, I wonder if I'll look like anorexic black barbie that small?? But, I'm doing my best to try to find out!! LOL

Thanks Gigi!  I'm happy right between 160-165.  That keeps me in a snug 6-loose 8.  Initially my doc's goals for me was about 140-145, and mine was 175 at the least.  Once I hit 155 and the 6 was getting loose, I had to re-think that 145 thing.  I never want to be that thin.  My ultimate was to make it to a size 10 off the racks.  So I abandoned the idea of getting below that 155 mark.  It's just too thin for my frame.  I still have my curves, just not nearly as much of them...lol.  If you're taller than me, you probably will look a little too thin too.  I say just be happy with your size.  I think being consistent with the protein, and workouts is the main catalyst for getting me to goal and maintaining.

I wish you well in your program!

Hey pretty Lisa-Lisa!.......  You are way too kind, but I do thank you for your sweet words.  I'm trying to hold myself accountable and make this thing continue to work.  I'm determined to keep this weight off.  It hasn't been a chore yet, and I'm grateful for that.  I'm really happy about regaining the ability to work out without unbearable pain, and getting winded the first 30 secs.  I forgot how much I used to enjoy being physically active.  So now I'm really enjoying that aspect of this wl journey.

I hope is going well for you too.
