LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Hi Marcie,
I haven't fell off the planet but decided to regroup. Went to the doctor's office to get a fill. They decided I needed tests first. So got an upper GI scheduled for Thursday and they had me get a ton of blood work done. Thankfully I was not required to pay for the office visit. However the cost of the labs are a pretty penny. Self-pay is not fun. Anyhow I made an executive decision to take a vacation, eat the foods and snacks that I want, drink wine and not write down the calories. When I go back to the NP after the results are in, my plan is to reach goal by November 17th as scheduled. Whatever I need to do will be done. Hope all is well with you. Take care,
Z
