LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Monday
Yesterday was a long one as I had to make an airport run in "scattered" thunderstorms. In N FL that means a zero disability deluge followed by a few miles of reasonable weather and back to another deluge. I will be exhasted for days.
At least through it all I ate fairly well. Carbs too high, I've got to get this under control. Everything else is in place. I'm not pleased with my numbers for last month.
I'll be back...
Fat(g) | Carbs(g) | Net C(g) | Prot(g) | KCals |
54.46 | 135.94 | 109.14 | 71.49 | 1284 |
