I ordered the worst possible Chinese meal. General's chicken combination plate with white rice. Make that second worst since I skipped the pork fried rice. Batter dipped deep fried and douced in sugar over starch with an egg roll and a fortune cookie.
The plus is that this served as three of my four meals for the day and the egg roll was my snack. This meal weighs in at 875 calories. Imagine how most of us or should I say most people treat this as one meal perhaps with a little left over.
Naughty meal true. Still I managed to keep the calories down and get all my protein in.
