Thanks for sharing your experience.  I am going to start the Biotin now so it will be in my system.  Here is to hoping that I won't shed to much if any.

 Hey there!  I used Biotin 5mg, KeraCare and Salerm hair care products.  I had very minimal shedding.

Thanks for the info Hershey!  I have some Kara care products and I have never tried Salerm products.  What do you use with each product (sampoo/conditioner).
