jump!!    Of all things, i've developed a fear of jumping.  Can't bring myself to do jumping jacks, jump over a line, jump rope.....  When i was heavier, I did not like to jump because it hurt my knees, but now?   It's like my mind has put up a blank wall everytime I try to get myself to jump.  What kind of crazy phobia is this?  I stared at the floor for several minutes, trying to do a plyometric exercise this morning, (to do hops between barbells)  trying to get my mind to allow my body to jump!!  Now I can do the dumbell floor jumps without a problem, but anyting else, I freeze like a deer in headlights.  I'll be posting a great workout link I found in a bit.

Wl is a trip which I am convinced warps the brain.  I think you share the body issue I share with MsLee.  You're a long way from where you started yet you feel as though you are still there or even worse.  How can you jump with confidence if you still feel big?

The brainn has to catch up with the body.  Its a year since I made goal and I feel the biggest I've ever been.  I hate to admit it but I fully understand your fear.  Just another head issue to overcome.

Yes it is and so true!   I forced myself to do the same exercises last night & was more successful at it, but still had my moments.
