This is a diet for life.  If you prefer a euphamism like lifestyle change then go for it.  In the end we have to have some life long plan that will enable us to loose the fat and keep it off.  For some fat loss happens quickly, for others its painfully slow.  Either way give careful consideration to what your personal plan should be.  This is not just about weight loss; surgery type; or no surgery at all.  This is about finding individual success for the rest of our lives.

I've been mia this weekend.  I can barely see to use the computer and good Lord I am so tired. 

Had a miracle this weekend.  After having slept no more than two nights a week for over a month I actually slept two nights in a row.  Praying this was not my two nights over the next week. 

My diet and exercise is all over the place.   Lack of sleep is really screwing me up.  Too many carbs.  To many late night snacks followed by nothing until mid to late afternoon.  Making things worse I am not exercising to my usual standard.  Praying for another good night's sleep so I can be up doing my h210k first thing. 

Calories are holding at maintenance on average but carbs are up and protein is adequate but down.  Water is a struggle.  I'm pushing to get 64 oz vs my usual 80 oz.  With sleep I should be able to pull myself together.  Fingers crossed, saying prayers for sound sleep.

 Praying believing my beautiful sista!!!! Don't stay up snacking ...call me ... we could either talk or count sheep together ..... sooooooooooooo sorry to hear you are going through this (((((((((HUGS))))))) ....

I was pretty much MIA from the boards over the weekend .. our Central air was on the blink and was not repaired until late on Saturday so we spent the whole day outside ... then we went to help DD at her place tons of painting and repairing to be done ... YIKEs .... everything.hurts.when it is work... I wonder why????

Drinking a lot with 0 appetite but I hooked up a nice tuna with black beans chili and girl it is finger licking good.... I am home today .... call if you need anything ... I will be calling you anyway... try to get some sleep whenever you can....

I'd pay to have no appetite.  I have what I call tiny pouch days but no appetite is rare unless I'm sick. 

Of all the weeks to loose the air this week is bad times infinity.  This heat wave is just miserable.  I dodged a bullet because I was supposed to be home but cancelled at the last minute.  Me and heat do not mix.  

Thanks for the encouragement and support.  Now that I've gotten some sleep I think my appetite is returning to normal.  Today I've had under 1000 calories and I'm fine for the day with all of my protein and water done.  Fortunately my appetite is generally self adjusting so my calorie average is spot on for maintenance.  Too bad as I was planning to cut by 250 a day. 

Amazing how lack of sleep can really fkcu you up.  This is my first and hopefully last experience with prolonged insomnia.
