Ok, here's a memorable NSV for me: I am 4 1/2 mos post-op VSG. My doc hasn't seen me since 6 wks. Anyway, when saw me at work Saturday, he didn't recognize me! I was the nurse taking care of one of his patient. He came up to me and said, "I'm looking for Khem, the nurse for Ms. X. Have you seen her?" I LOLd. I said, "Dr., don't I look familiar? I am Khem." He looked puzzled for a minute. I reminded him that he'd done my surgery. He said, "Holy **** That IS you. I don't think I've seen you in that color uniform."

Yep, it musta been the uniform! The 75 lbs had nothing to do with it. LOL. He was shocked that I've lost that much already. But that made my day.
