Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

HAPPY SANDAY!

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  The only one you owe it to is you.  How do YOU feel about YOUR week?  Its not over yet.  Use the weekend to fix any slip ups over the week. Don't let the weekend be your slip up.

Don't let dissapointments be becaused you failed yourself.  You may not get what you want when you ant it but stick with the plan making revisions as needed.  It will happen for you.

I weny to a party where they bbq'd and served high carb sides plus cakes for desert.  While I had a little of everything I watched the calories and really controlled my portions.

Missed my protein mark again by 5g but I'm still averaging well over my needs so its all good.  Carbs are nicely below my limit inspite of desert.

Good for you!  I have been in cook out heaven most of the summer and I try to stay away from the high carb sides but they are usually things I have not eaten in a long time and they keep calling my name.  I've had potato salad, macaroni salad, bread & baked beans just force themselves in my mouth this summer I didn't know what to do so I just started chewing LOL

Its something how the side dishes keep whispering your name at these things .  Truth is, I kept the calories down eating everything on my plate minus the protein.  Bad Marci
