I have decided today...if I start to thin...*something that happens to a lot of people who have gastric bypass*...I think with my having locs i wont..much *i hope*..but if I do...I AM CUTTING MY LOCS OFF THEN RESTART FROM SCRATCH..*that is all* or maybe shorten them marry them and see what happens...

Start biotin now and you may not shed at all. Every one does not have hair thinning. Biotin stopped my shedding quickly. I had to take it for about a year. My only regret is I did not begin biotin right from the start with my bariatric vitamins.

I'm not aware of break outs as an issue for biotin or other b vitamins but I can only speak for me. I saw no negative changes to my skin despite taking meds that are notorious for causing acne at the same time.

Bald, can use a wig. Zits, bag over head will be difficult.
