Advice? What type, what issues?
Seems to me its motivation you need. Motivation to get back on plan. Do you wigh yourself? Have you gained? Are you buying bigger clothes? You can use getting back to where you were as a motivator. Or perhaps not wanting to be that person. The one who starts with good intentions then becomes the subject of that same old anecdote we hear about people who have large regain.
Be accountable for your behavior every day. Follow your post op plan again without delay. Perhaps cut your appetite with a few days of liquids or the 5 day pouch test (see link, daily accountability post).
