Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  The only one you owe it to is you.  How do YOU feel about YOUR week?

Pleased with yourself, dissaponted, somewhere in between?  We may not always see the results we want or deserve.  Its especially frustrating when faced with folke who make it seem effortless; or worse, brag that it is effortless. 

No matter: we each have to deal with self.  **** happens but don't let dissapointments be becaused you failed yourself.  You can't fool yourself so don't bother.  It will just show up on the scale leaving the joke on you.

Calories over plan for the day but easily subtracted from the next day.  Too little water as I lost track of sipping.  My goal for the month is to end at least 200cal below the maintenance mark.  With added exercise fingers crossed I can get back into my clothes again.
