I can't paste my stats cause it just won't   work.   I'm way too lazy to post all the stats but cals 1196, prot & carbs where they need to be, plenty of water, workout done. 

Had some high cal days and low exercise days so I'm cutting back.  Way over indulged for the 4th weekend and this weekend too, both without paying it forward.  Time to pay it back.

As long as we keep sticking with the program.  You eventually need to get back on it despite the heat.  Thank God for central air but the heat is kicking my @$$ too. 

No exercise means cut the calories.  Of course the combination slows metabolism and your heart and lungs loose the benefits...  More muscle mass more calorie burn at rest.  You can do this.
