You are not a loser! You must try to eat ...even if nothing but protein shakes. Your body will go into starvation mode and will try to hang on to the weight even if you are not eating. ... not to mention that you might pass out or worse if you are working out and you have no fuel in your body. Please try to stick to your plan. I am not sure what procedure you had but the first year is critical and is the time when you will loose the most weight if you do the right things.  I am wishing you the best in your journey.

also wls is a whole new change in routine, habits and food that effects you mentally as well as physically, it also helps to learn as much as possible from others who have gone through what you are going through (the good and the bad), also if you are in pain or not feeling well, go to the doctor asap!! your not a loser!!! you made the first step to change your life!!!

When did you have surgery?  When you do eat, do you eat the same things?  WLS is major and it takes the body time to adjust.  There will be plateaus.  Just like MD said, you have to eat.  If only a protein shake. Drink plenty of water, this aids in weight loss as well.
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

Try not to be discouraged because you are in a stall.  You must eat to keep your strength to lose the weight.  Not eating and drinking your protein may do more damage than good.  Make sure your hydrated and getting in your vits also.
