Thanks you for this post. I am back on track in terms of being accountable for myself and my behaviors when it comes to eating. i have started to blog again and I am on day two of keeping my intake within range. I will start to post my stats once I have myself back on balance and have implemented a steady exercise regimen. Keep up the good work!
Thanx, us veterans need accountability too. Its so easy to forget where we can go if left to our own devises. Accountability is my preventive measure so as not to forget what got me here.
