Hey Fam, 

So I've been teetering around 202-206 since December.  This morning I weighed in at 202.5 and it's July 5!

Simply put, this is some bull..  I'm crossing over to Onderland- Do or Die.  It shouldn't take more than a week or 10 days- 2 weeks is too much.  Oh yes, there is a plan in action.

1. Protein train diet
2. Gym while the girls are at dance on Tue & Thurs evenings
3. Tread mill workouts on Mon, Wed, Fri & Saturday.
4. If I'm not at -200lbs in 2 weeks I'm making a psych appointment.

Yeah, I let my workouts go in December so I could deal with some of my teenager's bull crap drama.  But stop playing now.  The 200's have to be a thing of the past. 

I'll let you know how it goes.  Accountibility partners welcome.

Well you know I have been catching hell trying to lose a pound for over four years now and haven't been able to.   I have just over the past three months been able to lose 20 pounds using the Extreme Fat Smash.   I am still losing weight and a ton of inches.  

I am going to continue to lose weight until I make my goal and hopefully I will continue to lose.

 I am right there with you girl!  

My son is 21 months old and I can no longer blame it on him lol.  I started the Couch 2 5K program 3 days a week and on alternate days I do light weights at home.  (I'm still on Week 1, but some progress is better than none).  I've focused on protein first and drinking more water (still a battle) but everyday I get better and better.

I'm not setting a number goal, but as long as I continue to see change (whether it be the scale or clothing fit), I'll keep at it.

We can do this!
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

All righty then, I will try to loose weight these next two weeks too. The scale has not moved in a while but maintaining.

1. I will do more protein and do it first.
2. I will drink water along with the decaffinated tea
3. I will workout these next two weeks on the treadmill, exercise bike and DVD's.
4. If I haven't lost weight I am going to keep trying.
Exercising is ok, just been putting it off, making excuses. I can be accountable.

Amen! Amen!!   I've been teetering between 5 lbs & had JUST Started to see a change in my weight after working out faithfully for 10 day & BOOM, we loose our sewer due to flooding, so have been on water restriction & boil orders for almost 4 weeks.  So not being able to bathe properly halted my new regime, but praise the Lord they lifted it this afternoon, so perfect timing for me gearing back up to speed pre-flood!
