We're blessed with a long weekend. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Have you incorporated the picnics, barbeques, and lazy grazing typical of relaxed holidays into your week?
You either have to pay it forward or pay it back. Think about that as you enjoy whatever you've got planned. No matter how good the barbeque smells or how tempting the variety of foods may be you can't have your cake and weight loss too. That is unless you plan for it by cutting back calories or increasing activity in advance of or after the event. Focus on the company and activity first, food last and in moderation.
You know where you are in your program. You know if you are at a stage where you can be more liberal or if you need to follow plan to the letter. You know the only one you will dissapoint with poor decisions is you.

I am a hopeless insomniac because of these drugs I've had. I'm tired and brain dead so what the hell, I'll post.
Friday
I behaved well today. I had pizza but low cal veggi toppings kept the calories in check. Allergy drugs to fight the pizza's side effects taken. Carbs are up there because of fruit and sugar alcohols. I need to get the total under 100g.
Too much liquid for me today. I have a limit because of water retention so I'm sure between that and the pizza I'll be swelling soon. Perhaps I did not behave as well as I first thought.

I have 7 of my 18 grandchildren with me but they go home today. They came Thursday. No time to post, just cook, clean, wash and supervise. God is good. He has allowed me to survive and enjoy my grandkids. Right now I'm greatful he has allowed me to survive these 4 days. I love them but it can wear a good woman out and I'm just an old woman. Kids ages from 6 to 15. Take care, I will enjoy this evenings rest. Will be back to journaling accountability.
