No it's like a soft gummy bear rolled in super fine powdered sugar.  It is good.

The best part of my relationship with my band is that it only lets me eat gummy candy when it wants too.  Left to my own devices, lets just say I'd be n deep duke on my carb crazy days.  Have something sweet for me.  You will work it off, I am still skirting exercise right now. .  Enjoy,
