These shorts fit me nicely before I left. I even felt they were a bit tight and look at them now.

Those crumbling streets are like a picture postcard. Now with picture phones does anyone still send postcards theses days?

Not really Fat Smashing but eating with it in mind. I don't want to undo all the good I have done and so I'm trying to be really mindful of what i'm eating and i'm working out every day.

I still feel fat most of the time, but I was feeling skinny that day. I have been having a lot more skinny feeling days lately and I like it.
