Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

The weekend is here leaving two days to fix this week if you must.  Where do you stand? Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  If you are in good form pat yourself on the back.  Don't strain yourself doing it because we know how easy it is to loose it.

Be mindful.  Be positive.  Visualize your success.  Know your goals will become your reality.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from  3 different calculation methods.  Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance;  plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan.  Calculator  takes into account age and gender as well as activity level.  Links to other calculators are on the same page.

I'm still eating more than I'd like and working to tame my appetite.  In spite of it all I am on track to close the month with my maintenance calorie average in tact.  That's what matters most.  No surplus.

High days are balanced by low days so in the end I maintain at a minimum.  Now I need to get to loosing.  Must work this gut off and trim these thighs.

Right now I can still eat a horse with half a cow on the side.  I'm going for high volume, low calories like konjac fiber.  Filling yet light on the calorie budget.

Hey yall

My diet is so controlled and i'm so proud of myself.  I eat egg beaters with no bacon or susage or meat at all for breakfast every morning, and i'm eating fish and watermelon for lunch then I eat authentic dinners for the country I am in for dinner with tons of gelato.

So even though I am getting to eat stuff I like I am still staying controlled.  I joke that I am eating like a little butterball but i'm really not and i'm proud of it.

Yeaaay MsLee!  That's a fantastic approach for any time not just vacation.  Especially for us folks that prefer our best meal of the day at dinner time.

Best of all worlds.  On plan with foods you like and enjoying whats on offer.

You can do it!  I rolled myself out of bed at 7am to go running.  I hadn't exercised in over a month.  It felt great although I didn't finish the Couch to 5K  Day 1, Week 1 program.

Some progress is better than none!  I'll keep pushing until I can finish the entire thing.

Keep running girl.  You can and will do it.  We both can and will.

I do an indoor run of the final 10k version.  You'd be surprised how after awhile you no longer even think about it.

I know about working to maintain the proper attitude toward food.  Hope to keep within calorie range to maintain.  Then hoping to reduce the calories to start losing again.  So far it is working slowly.  Exercise would help but not doing it right now.

Its hard to get into the mindset you need exactly when you need it.  What we feel like doing takes over easily sometimes.  I'm in a doing what I want and not what I need kind of mood myself with everything these days.  We both have to fix that.  Uuugh, do I want it bad enough today?
