Make no mistake about it Marice owns the accountability thread.  However for those of u that have to report, I am posting today since she did not yesterday.  Hope all of you do what you need to do to get where you are trying to go.
Here's what I ate yesterday and yes it was too dog gone much.  Calories and carbs up along with the protein.  Tomorrow will be better.

Girl you make sure I take ownership of accountabiity.  I'm Accountable for Accountability.            Thanks for holding things down.  Tuesday's post was for Tues/ Wed and I could not make it online in time to post for Thurs. 

You ate more than usual but I'd guess you are well below your maintenance range for yourgoal weight.  We can get away with it occaisionally but of course it means our goals are delayed.

I'm at 151 lbs  but its all the damned salt I've been eating lately.  For Thursday I'm at maintenance calories but my @$$ should be working to loose tis blasted eleven pounds.

Man I should be ashamed of that carb count.  Pizza, pretzels, cookies, bread, and breaded over processed meats are the culprits.  Still, i'm just 14 calories above maintenance for my Ideal weight for the day.  Since I eat for 130lbs its bad but not as bad as it could be.
