I put up my accountability thread and then I forgot to post to it. That's just plain sad.
Thursday
My weight is still hovering at too damned fat. I'm eating to maintain 20 lbs less but I know that's not enough for me to loose. Lately I have not been overeating but its been a feast or famine mentality and that's no good.
This week I've got my protein in but I have been carbing it up. Also no good. Cir****tances have me eating things I do not normally eat. However, its up to me to go for alternatives. NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES! I know I can do better.
