Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses 

The weekend is over but another is on its way.  A big family dinner type holiday weekend is nearing.  Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How will this change your behavior this week?  Is there risk of over indulgence at Father's Day dinner?  Are you willing to pay it forward in calorie trimming and exercise this week?  

Don't wake up in a week with regrets.  
With every decision ask yourself where it will lead you. What to eat; how much to eat; to exercise or not... Have a plan and understand where it will lead you.

I ate a crap load of sweets yesterday.  Thankfully my calorie average  projection is holding nicely below maintenance level.  Now to drive calories down to weight loss level.

Why is just when think I got this calorie think licked.  You start licking everything?  Sunday I just ate and ate and ate.  It was the last day of the convention.  They did not tell us it was the end of the world.  In fact I was really feeling good.  Not eat and treat good but normal.  Only thing that could have triggered the overeating is my appt w the doctor today.  This is what I ate yesterday.
