Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses

I may only have time for a quick lurk over the next couple of days.  Stay accoubtable.  Stay strong.

Tell the whole truth and be accountable.  Have you planned your week well?  More importantly are you sticking to it?  Visualize your desired outcome.  Speak it into being.

With every decision ask yourself where it will lead you. What to eat; how much to eat; to exercise or not... Will following your plan materialize your desires?

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I'm over the edge tonight.  Today has been a crime against my pouch and an insult to my body.  I am in shame.

And here it is, my shame.

Its not the high cal day that's at issue.  This I can adjust for as I do for occaisions.  My uncontrolled binge eating is the problem.

Weigh in 149.8 lbs.  Working on the head issues.

I haven't tracked in awhile. I still eat protein, veggies and carbs in that order. I still drink protein and take my vitamins.

Still working on me. I have begin a 30 day challenge to eat healthy and walk 4 miles a day. I am on day 14 of course I had to start on the first, so my end will be the 30th. Once I get there I plan to do another 30 day challenge until I get to my goal weight. I should have been there by now If I had not lost complete control in the beginning. I was not as disciplined as I should have been thinking this surgery was a miracle procedure. The surgery is truly a tool, but it has always been inside of us from the start. You truly have to change your ways and how you view food. I try not to live to eat, but eat to live which is something I have never done before. I have to take vitamins to live and exercise to live and lets not forget that tasty water that is needed. Now everything I do is to live long and healthy. I have no more excuses. I can't blame it on anyone or anything but myself because I let myself fall into a slump. I allowed myself to eat out of pity or boredom to the point I developed an eating disorder. Just like so many addictions when you start you don't know where it is going to end. But I am going to continue to gain strength each day and train myself not to eat like I trained myself to eat too much. I read that ice cold water will help burn more calories, I read that adding weights to you exercise plan will help you to lose faster and look more toned. We all know these things, but knowing and implementing it into your life are two different things. Motivation comes from within. I hope to one day be on the normal side of life where I am not counting calories, not having to f fight the urge to eat the "wrong foods", and just enjoy myself without the fear of becoming obese again. With all that being said to I am on track. I have completed my 4 mile walk, eating a healthy breakfast and snack and now to finish my day without thinking about food by keeping myself busy with cleaning, doing my sisters hair, and keeping up with BAF. Until tomorrow. I must add t hat I am feeling pretty good since I have stopped eating a lot of junk foods. The surgery sent me on a spiral because I was so worried about what I could not have or how much I could eat. Now that I have that under control I have to figure how to start believing that I am looking pretty descent for a person who once weighed 300lbs. If its not one thing then its another..LOL. Hope you are doing well, and staying motivated. Each day brings us closer to a new beginning.

My daily calorie average is 50 calories over maintenance so far for the month. Since I set my calorie goal based on ideal weight I am well outside of the danger zone. What's irking me is the night binges. I know why I'm doing it but as with all ocd related behavior, stopping myself is the hard part. Yesterday was better but not good. I started today better than yesterday but still not good. I'm working my way back to doing good. I've got a feast or famine thing going. Typical eating disorder behavior. Enough rambling. No weigh in today and I know my water will come up short on this schedule. My focus is balance. Adequate protein and calories. No binge eating or simple carbs. I just passed on the cinnamon pasteries God help me.
