 Let me tell you girl...it can be done.  I started my WLS journey at 376, went down to 182 (at my all time lowest), then up to 195, had a baby and gained up to 233, and lost it all.

I work FT, attend school FT.  This is a great time of year to get a good stroller and go for a walk with the baby, grab a Biggest Loser DVD for $9 at Walmart.  I did the 10min workout in the am, the 30min in the evening, threw out all of the bad foods and drank lots of water/sf drinks and protein shakes.

I had the same feelings as you but was determined not to have a pity party.  Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.  ((((hugs))))

You're not dropping the weight because you're not trying. Get in control of the situation and...

* See a nutrionist and therapist.
* Buy some workout DVDs.
* Take the baby for some long walks.
* Up your protein and water.
* Stop and drinking crap.

Good luck!

You already know your answer. Re comitt yourself to your wls program. Get back to basics and work Youf program as you should have always been working it. With kids depending on you commitment to health is an even greater priority. The gym is a non issue. At home you can go from walking dvd's to high intensity cardio and strength programs and everything in between. Gaming systems, netflix, and broadcast tv each have workouts. If you really have zero access to even online videos you can move to music or jog in place in silence. How bad do you really want it? Retraining the brain to think like a thin person will hurt. You've done it before. You have a tool for life. Keep up with your follow up visits and get back to working your tool. I call this a diet for life. Build a support system and hold yourself accountable.
