I'm holding on to respectability and feeling positive vibes.

Arrrgh its not easy bringing the calories down.  My inner greedy wants to eat.  I'm sticking with lean dense protein like meats as my base and adding konjac yam pasta for fiber and bulk.  I would much rather have a lindt 70% intense dark chocolate bar today.  The 1.2 oz bar is just 170 cal (dove dark is just 190).  The carb monster is back in it's cave and I'm not going to taunt it. 

Todays weigh in: 149.6 lbs. 
Weight static with my water percentage rising.  Please  let there be fat loss going on.  Should see a pound or two drop on the scale when I shed this water retention.  Gotta shed this extra ten.  I refuse to claim it.

Got a little carb crazy but doing ok. Sitting all day at convention but I pack my lunch.  No exercise until Monday.  Here's what I ate yesterday.

Looks to me like you done good. What gets me at events are Things like cookie platters that appear mid afternoon.  Its like evil convention center magic forcing me to nibble.

I lost respectability in the crowd somewhere overnight.  Gotta find her again.

I'm about 70 cals above my plan for the day then I put a dent in today's calories when I should have been asleep.  I'll need to be very careful if I mean to keep my numbers on track.  A few extra calories here and there equals long trm weight gain unless I make up for it. 

Weighed in today at 149.8 lbs.Water retention is still up there.  My own fault, too much sodium.  Another thing to fix.  

Time for a serious talk with me.  The night eating, revising my work outs, and getting serious about loosing this extra ten.  One step at a time.  One day at a time.
