Travel after surgery
You should be fine to travel in four weeks. Its the first week where being stationary for long periods is a no no because of the increased risks of blood clots.
You'll need to plan for meals and frequent potty breaks as a newbie working to get the water in. I was flying but being a month post op made no difference in my routine travel.
