Ok, so I know its still Thursday but I'm done eating for the day. Putting Friday's thread up early so I have to confess if I eat again.
The weekend is almost here. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. Where do you stand so far? Loose, hold or gain; what are you poised to do? There are still three days left this week to pull your act together.
Its about you, by you, and for you. With every decision ask yourself where it will lead you. What to eat; how much to eat; to exercise or not... ask youself where am I headed today?

Thursday's eats
I'm right on my calorie average with just 41 cal to spare. I better not take another bite. Full report to follow... I have that bottomless pit feeling. Pray for me.
Major overnight munchies but no confession needed. Yay me, I made it through without midnight snacking. I had an early breakfast. That's so much better than eating twice.
Weigh in 149.6 lbs. I need to push the calories down and pull into weight loss mode. Can't let the numbers creep up to the high end of maintenence. Not with 9.8 lbs to loose. My calorie plan is laid out for the next several days.
Today will be a good one. Today I will meet my goals.
