Not too shabby. Net carbs at atkins induction level and plenty of protein. Too much grazing and on high cal almonds and peanut butter. With small meals I held the calories in check.
Weight 150.8 lbs
Down about two but its just the tide going back out so to speak after tom. Water % is up and I feel parched because of the salt I've been eating. Let's hope that with the scale down and water % up there is some fat loss in there somewhere.
Gonna order vits online today. I made that promise to myself. I need to do like MsLee and have auto delivery.
Exercise
Still nada. Fear of pain. I feel a twinge and stop cause I've got myself in trouble in the past. Feeling good today so perhaps I'll get a good workout.
My peanut butter addiction is active but so far I've made a jar last almost four days. Pathetic. Pre op I was throwing it away because it expired. Leave it to me to have wls then start craving high cal sweets, nuts, and chips. I got fat on large healthy meals not snack foods.
No more whining. I can beat this. Gonna read my OA 12 steps and hit an online meeting today. Positive and motivated. That's me with a really cheesy smile, lol.
