Its early for Monday but  here it is.

Calories are back on point after Saturday's free day but carbs are way up and protein is down.  I'm on the junk food and not feeling the protein right now.  Gotta fix that.  

Exercise
Still nada and very frustrated.  I'm hoping for Monday I'll be able to do some cardio and ab work.  Fingers crossed everything will come together.  
  

Other
Much better on the water today.  A quart plain plus three cups no caffine and a couple cups of soda. 

Weigh in to follow...
Arrrgh, up another pound at 149.8.  Way to close to the next ten up.  Prayin it heads down tomorrow so I don't have to jump off a bridge.  The good news is today I'm wearing the jeans I could barely zip into last week.  This should just be 'normal' tom weight.  Fingers crossed.

Early is always good.  I am sorry to say Sunday could have been better.  Poor choices so went to bed.  Made a protein drink and did not drink it but chose to eat q a lunchable????

It was just tooo  hot and that's my excuse for not exercising. Drank too much tea instead of plain water.

I hear you on the heat.  It makes it easier to nibble on lighter stuff.  The lunchable was not so bad a choice unless you are avoiding processed foods.  Its mostly meat and cheese after all.  Sometimes we don't over eat but we sure hit the naughty stuff.   I only scold myself when I don't get enough protein. 

Is your tea decaf?  If it is it counts as your water.  Some days a big pitcher of decaf sf sweet tea is the only way its going down.

Yes I drink decaf artificially sweetened tea.  Didn't know it could count as water.  I still try to drink plain old water, but love that sweet stuff.
