Much better on the water today. A quart plain plus three cups no caffine and a couple cups of soda.

Arrrgh, up another pound at 149.8. Way to close to the next ten up. Prayin it heads down tomorrow so I don't have to jump off a bridge. The good news is today I'm wearing the jeans I could barely zip into last week. This should just be 'normal' tom weight. Fingers crossed.

Is your tea decaf? If it is it counts as your water. Some days a big pitcher of decaf sf sweet tea is the only way its going down.
Yes I drink decaf artificially sweetened tea. Didn't know it could count as water. I still try to drink plain old water, but love that sweet stuff.
