Yesterday's exercise: Slacked off.  Must be punished!

Aside from my laziness yesterday went well.  Then came the wee hours: nibling and a double boubon. 

I must be careful today so I'm within my calorie range.  Of course all missed exercise sessions must be made up.  That carb monster will die.  First ketosis, then my reduced carb extreme fat smash.

No slacking here. Can't stay up late because I will nibble. I am saving my imbibing for special occasion, November reaching goal.

I've watched your goal to loose shrink over time.  Congrats on holding strong with no slacking. 

I need to kick my own @$$.  The combination of insomnia and tom is a killer.  Though I do like my booze, I hardly drink because of my liver enzymes and of course the water weight.  Sometimes I just have a taste for a taste, lol. 

Trying to keep me honest.  If I put the calories and the pounds out there someone will call my @$$ out if I'm *****'n but not doing the right thing.
