The weekend owned me Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night but I got control yesterday.  I've made a plan and I'm working it.

Oooo have I been bad.  I need to come up with a plan to get out of this danger zone that I am in.  I have decided to stop my bad snacking habbits by doing the pouch test & then follow the protein train.  Wish me the best @ becoming a BIG LOSER!!!!

I've been bad myself so its time for me to push the ketosis too.  Once I get back on track its on to MsLee's Extreme Fat Smash which I just keep making a clusterfkcu of.  This time round I'll modify to kill the carbs.  Give me too much fruit and a little rice and the sleeping carb monster rises, lol.

Today has been a successful exercise day for me.  I have my own P90X.  Attempted the UML portion.  Got through it but upper arm strength is a joke.  So many thing I was unable to do but I will keep plugging at it and my Zumba and my Hip Hop Abs.  I will do a full session on one of these daily it would be nice to do two. (This old girl not ready yet) I am so proud that Ive started.  I pray to keep the motivation up, so I told you all.
