I'm setting myself up for success today. I have a plan and I'm working it.
Today has been a successful exercise day for me. I have my own P90X. Attempted the UML portion. Got through it but upper arm strength is a joke. So many thing I was unable to do but I will keep plugging at it and my Zumba and my Hip Hop Abs. I will do a full session on one of these daily it would be nice to do two. (This old girl not ready yet) I am so proud that Ive started. I pray to keep the motivation up, so I told you all.
