Pre-Op Weight / Strength Training
Hey Family, I am Pre-op and I am really wondering, (while I am hoping to get approved) if I should start Strength Training for my arms and thigh area. Is it something some of you wish someone had told you to do pre-op? Or have you done it and it proved to be good, bad, or it don't matter. I am soooooooooooo ready. But I know that I don't have to say "I wish I had done a lot of stuff" because of the wonderful people on this blog have already gone through the fire. I just thought maybe this would help the thighs and arms if I toned them really good now! Has anyone tried this already. I am thinking about trying PX90. Feedback please.
