I did it! Home made non dairy yogurt with live yogurt cultures.
Its not quick but it sure is easy. Plus all the benefist of the active cultures once found in all yogurt until manufacturers started making custard style yogurt.
Add vanilla, splenda, fresh blueberries and OMG its wonderful. With sugar free preserves I can get the taste of my favorite fruit on the bottom yogurt.

ALMOND MILK YOGURT - VERY THICK AND CREAMY TEXTURE TEXTURE WAS ACHIEVED BY LETTING IN SIT IN A COLANDER LINED WITH A COFFEE FILTER TO DRAIN OFF THE WHEY.

I think this will make the best frozen yogurt desert. I'll make the yogurt, flavor it, chill it, then throw it in the ice cream maker. That will be damned good especially since the milk is just 40 cal per cup.
