EXTREME FAT SMASH DIET, you will not laugh at me today!
Day two, cycle one is far better than the previous day. PROTEIN! That's the key. Today I have meat/ fish and beans. My protein will come in around 150% of my base needs which is typical for me. No hunger so far today. No urge to nibble or need for the carrots or celery. I've actually only had one meal and my two snacks so far today. I'm about to have meal two just because I have too.
Going forward, my snacks will be limited to lean meats or protein powder/ a bar if I'm on the run. I was trying to stick to the suggested snack list but as long as I keep both snacks at 100 cal, the rules are in place. This carb based diet leaves me hungry but the dense protein has kept me satisfied all day.
Today's is working so far but I must hit the store for tonights veg and tomorrows fruit. Fruit is a trigger food for me so I I buy a little at a time. I'll be back with tomorrows menu.

Just make sure your eating every three hours with your snacks in between. If I eat off schedule I get hungry so I make sure I have my food with me so I can eat every 3 I don't care where the hell i'm at.
I get meat and beans today for meal #3 and i'm so totally excited and I get rice for meal 4. This is my fat and happy day.
