HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TUESDAY
Accountability Mission: No Mercy and No Excuses
Chirp... chirp... chirp... Is anyone still out there? I'm beginning to think this is the lonliest thread on all of OH. Perhaps its my breath? Oh well...
The weekend is behind us. Tell the whole truth and be accountable. How will you manage your week? Have you defined your goals? Have you made a plan?
Maybe your doc laid it all out for you and you just have to follow it. Maybe your doc gives little guidance so its up to you what to eat when. Either way, have the right foods on hand. Have an idea of what you will eat for the day. This is especially important as you get farther removed from your actve weight loss phase. Eating for gaining body fat becomes so much easier. Simplify your life by not leaving food to chance.
...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF)
The no op version. This version is still severe but far more liberal than the one many pre ops are given.

Daily calorie needs calculator
A more advanced calculator that's still easy to use.
Advanced option lets you choose from 3 different calculation methods. Enter data once for calorie needs at maintenance; plus calorie needs for 2 different levels of weight loss; and, results include a week long calorie cycling plan. Calculator takes into account age and gender as well as activity level. Links to other calculators are on the same page.

You can do it, I want to see a post from you tonight saying that you completed a entire day and that those dam pretzels did not defeat you.
I am on yogurt today too, my least favorite day but I am eating my yogurt cause it's giving me what I want and it will for you too.
If I can do this you surely can.

Lol, damn those pretzels, and the ff pringles, and my most recent nemeses sf chocolate cream pie and vienna fingers. What the HELL is wrong with me picking up bad habits I didn't have a hundred pounds ago.
I will post tonight with tomorrows menu too. Put it out there and I make myself a liar if I don't do it.
I like yogurt alot. If I could handle dairy and/ or soy I could eat it every day. We'll see how my home made almond milk yogurt comes out. It takes about 8 hours to ferment so I'm going to prep it this afternoon.
