Ok Lee I got it. I am really too jealous now. I've gotta get the book and make this a matter of prayer for me. Been holding back because of being a lazy exerciser. I know exercise is required and not more than I can handle. If the library here doesn't have the book, I will order it from Amazon. Thanks for sharing your success.

That is exactly what I did Z, I started praying and asking for extra help because lord knows I have been trying for years and not getting any results.
Exercise is a huge part of this program. You have to work out twice a day which is fine with me because I workout a lot anyway. But you have to make the commitment to do it.
I read all of the feedback on Amazon over and over again to keep me motivated when I want to eat something bad and it helps me keep myself on track.
