EXTREME FAT SMASH DIET HERE I AM!

Not sure if I'm happy, sad, or ambivalent but all I care about are results.  Temporarily protein will be deicient but its not long term so I'll survive it.  I want to succeed at this sooooo very bad so I will. 

Here it is.  Cycle one, day one menu for the Extreme Fat Smash.  Everything except my 8oz coffee, 8 oz tea, and six cups of water is included here.  Four meals, two 100 cal snacks, unlimited carrots and celery if needed, one glass of milk.  Cardio 65 min is the easy part. 

Last time I was good until ater 10pm when I lost my mind.  This time I will not have anything to loose my mind over easily available.   Like MsLee, I need some devine intervention.  I want back into my clothing. 

I can do this.  I know I can I know I can I know I can...   Pray for me people.

I'm picking up one for my legal entity (aka estranged spouse though I'm mentally single lol).  Just $5 on amazon and $10 as an ebook on barnes & noble online. 

Ita a quick and easy read.  Very easy to follow.  Not very apetizing but its meant for shorter term use.  I need this jump start bad.

Its all about results.  Each day I'll make sure the next days foods are on hand.  No excuses for fkcu'n it all up.
