All I want to do is eat today. Must. Be. In. Control.
I'm staying away from the carbs except for veg and I'm clearing out the fridge and pantry. There's no way I can have anything around the house that's not on my Extreme Fat Smash diet plan.
Starting a diet on a Monday is so cliche. In my mind its like the diet that never begins or the diet that's doomed tight from the start. Nonetheless, for a few legit reasons Monday it has to be. What does it matter as long as I stick with it and it works. Now to ensure I don't add another couple of pounds before I get started.

Sorry I haven't been here, been working with some skitzo students and have been really physically and mentally exhausted. But I did start back on EFS todday and i'm back on it
I am excited about getting back on it today even though I want some candy. lol. But it's not worth it to me right now so i'm doing what I need to do.
We leave in 3 weeks so that gives me just enough time for my last rotation before vacation and i'm going to rock the **** out of it. Getting back on it on day one is making me absolutely exhausted so i'm going to take it easy for the rest of the day and eat what I need to eat.
I'm back on track. EFS

Happy Mother's Day to the moms among us. Another holiday to be watchful. It would be nice if we could really just take time off from this diet for life but we know better. With few exceptions, Every 'I gained my weight back' post or anectdote started with relaxing the rules. Enjoy the gastronomical delights in moderation.
